Aurora Volleyball is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. That’s more than a line on our paperwork — it’s a structural commitment that shapes every decision we make.
What the designation actually means
A nonprofit has no owners and no shareholders. There is no one waiting at the end of the season to take a profit off the top. Every dollar that comes into this club is legally required to go back out into the mission. Our books are accountable to that standard, not to a margin.
Our mission is simple
Build community.
Elevate the game.
Where your money goes
- Quality coaching — experienced coaches committed to developing athletes on and off the court.
- Player development — training that builds skills, confidence, and leadership.
- Competitive opportunities — high-quality tournaments and experiences that challenge and inspire.
- Safe, positive environments — facility time and standards that prioritize the well-being and integrity of every athlete.
- Equipment and travel — the practical infrastructure that makes a season possible.
Why we chose this structure
Youth club volleyball is expensive, and families deserve to know what they’re paying for. Structuring Aurora as a nonprofit was a deliberate choice to remove any question about our motives. When a family invests in this club, that investment is fueling opportunity for their athlete — full stop.
It also means your support may be tax-deductible, and that we’re eligible for grants, sponsorships, and community partnerships that expand what we can offer without raising costs on families.
We’re a young club with big ambitions, and we’re building this alongside the families who chose to be here first.
Thank you for supporting a purpose that changes lives and builds futures.
One Club. One Family. Endless Possibilities.
