Coach Adrian brings nearly 10 years of volleyball experience to Aurora, having played the game from sixth grade through her senior year of high school while also competing at the club level. Her experience as a player helped shape her understanding of the game and the importance of hard work, consistency, and personal growth.
Adrian has also gained coaching experience at South Side and Saint Paul Lutheran, where she has had the opportunity to help young athletes develop their skills, confidence, and understanding of the game. She believes that becoming a better athlete starts with being willing to reflect, learn, and continuously work toward improvement.
As a dedicated mother and Fort Wayne native, Adrian understands the importance of patience, encouragement, accountability, and leading by example. She strives to create an environment where athletes feel supported while still being challenged to push themselves beyond their comfort zones.
Her coaching philosophy centers around self-reflection, growth, and becoming better every day. Adrian hopes to help athletes recognize their strengths, learn from their challenges, and develop the confidence and mindset they need to succeed both on and off the volleyball court.
