Evan Beau serves as Club Director for Aurora Volleyball and brings a lifelong passion for athletics, coaching, and youth sports. As a former athlete, coach, and dedicated multi-sport parent, Evan understands the important role athletics play in developing confidence, discipline, teamwork, and character in young athletes.
Evan’s experience helped shape his belief that success is built through preparation, accountability, resilience, and a commitment to continuous improvement. He is passionate about creating opportunities for athletes to compete, grow, and develop skills that will benefit them both on and off the court.
Professionally, Evan has built a successful career in Information Technology, including serving in leadership roles as an IT Director before transitioning into his current role within the technology field. His background in technology, problem-solving, project management, and operational support provides valuable expertise in helping Aurora Volleyball build strong systems and deliver a positive experience for athletes and families.
As a multi-sport parent, Evan has spent years supporting athletes through practices, tournaments, training, and competition. His firsthand experience gives him a unique perspective on the dedication required from athletes, parents, coaches, and volunteers to create a successful athletic program.
As Club Director, Evan focuses on club operations, technology, facilities, tournament logistics, and supporting the overall growth and success of Aurora Volleyball. He is committed to helping create an environment where athletes are challenged, encouraged, and empowered to reach their full potential.
Evan believes that sports provide some of life’s greatest opportunities to learn leadership, perseverance, responsibility, and teamwork. Through his involvement with Aurora Volleyball, he is dedicated to helping athletes build confidence, pursue excellence, and develop a lifelong love for competition and personal growth.
