Lori Beau serves as Executive Director and brings a passion for leadership, athlete development, organizational excellence, and preparing young athletes for success both on and off the court. With an extensive background in human resources, operations management, organizational development, and team leadership, Lori is committed to creating an environment where athletes can grow as competitors, leaders, teammates, and young adults.
Throughout her career, Lori has built a reputation for developing strong cultures, implementing effective systems, and helping individuals reach their full potential. She believes that the teenage years are some of the most influential in a young person’s life and that athletics provide a unique opportunity to build confidence, resilience, accountability, work ethic, and leadership skills that extend far beyond the game of volleyball.
As Executive Director, Lori oversees club operations, strategic planning, athlete and family engagement, staff development, and program growth. Her focus is on creating a high-level volleyball experience that challenges athletes to reach their athletic goals while also preparing them for future success in college, careers, and life.
Lori is especially passionate about working with athletes ages 14–17, recognizing that these years represent a critical stage in both athletic and personal development. She believes coaches and mentors have a responsibility not only to teach skills and strategy but also to help young people navigate challenges, develop confidence, make good decisions, and become strong, capable leaders.
Her leadership philosophy centers on integrity, accountability, communication, servant leadership, and continuous improvement. Through her involvement in youth mentorship, community service, and programs that support children and teenagers, Lori has dedicated countless hours to investing in the next generation. She is passionate about helping young people discover their strengths, overcome adversity, and develop the character necessary to succeed in all areas of life.
Outside of volleyball, Lori is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in human resources, leadership development, organizational strategy, and culture building. As a dedicated mother and advocate for youth development, she brings both professional expertise and personal passion to her work with athletes and families.
Under Lori’s leadership, the club remains committed to developing skilled volleyball players, confident young women, strong teammates, and future leaders who are prepared to excel both on the court and in their communities.
