Aurora Volleyball Club is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit developing competitive, confident young athletes in Fort Wayne — on the court and off. Two things make that possible: the businesses and neighbors who sponsor the club, and a financial assistance program that helps families who need it.

Partner With Aurora

Every sponsorship helps cover coaching, tournament travel, equipment, and financial assistance for families who need it. Sponsors get visibility in front of an engaged community of athletes, parents, and fans — and every dollar goes toward developing young women, not a shareholder return.

Sponsorship Tiers

  • Champion — $15,000+: Logo on warmup T-shirts and all jerseys, banner, website homepage feature, social media spotlight, recognition at all tournaments
  • Platinum — $2,500: Logo on warmup shirts, banner, website listing, social media feature
  • Gold — $1,000: Website listing, banner, social media mention
  • Silver — $500: Website listing, social media thank-you
  • Supporter — any amount: Website listing, our sincere thanks

Any amount is welcome at the Supporter level. Sponsors can pay by check, online payment, or invoice, whichever is easiest. In-kind gifts (equipment, services, etc.) are valued at their fair market cost and recognized at the equivalent tier — for example, a $1,000 equipment donation receives Gold-level recognition. As a registered 501(c)(3), your contribution may be tax-deductible.

Financial Assistance for Families

We never want cost to be the reason an athlete doesn’t play. Aurora offers confidential, need-based financial assistance to families who qualify. Assistance decisions are based only on financial need, never on athletic ability, and no family’s situation is ever shared with coaches or teammates.

If cost is a concern, please don’t let that stop you from trying out. Reach out privately to Lori Beau, Executive Director, at [email protected].

Thank you for supporting Aurora Volleyball Club. More answers are in our Tryout FAQ.
